ALBERTA, CANADA - The winter obsessed, premier high-alpine resort of the Canadian Rockies, Banff Sunshine Village announces the launch of their new podcast "For the Love of Winter."
The snow loving podcast, “For the Love of Winter,” probes into the world of winter sports, exploring the cultural love affair with winter, while sharing captivating stories of those forever changed by their passion for the great outdoors.
Hosted by Banff Sunshine's Director of Brand and Communications, Kendra Scurfield, each episode dives into the personal experiences and unique connections Sunshiners have with winter sports and Banff Sunshine Village.
During the weekly releases of, “For the love of Winter,” Scurfield sits down with a diverse array of locally recognized Sunshiners and winter hobbyists. Season one features prominent guests, including Team Canada Olympians Rachael Karker and Brendan Mackay, along with admired industry players, artists and other outdoor adventurers.
Birthed in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, "For the Love of Winter," is an initiative from Sunshine Village's commitment to celebrating and sharing the deep connection people have with winter.
