“Last year we raised over $13,000 for The Alberta Childrens Hospital Foundation. With the generosity of our devoted Sunshiners, we hope to welcome even more of Santa’s little helpers this Christmas to embrace the magic of the season amidst our snow-capped peaks at Banff Sunshine Village's Santa Skis for Charity! As we carve through the powdery slopes of Sunshine Village, let's remember the true joy of giving this holiday season,” shares Kendra Scurfield, VP of Brand, Marketing and Communications at Banff Sunshine Village.
In 2022, The Alberta Childrens Hospital treated around 90,000 patients through various services, including emergency care, specialized treatments, and ongoing medical support. The Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation funds critical programs, technology, and expertise, ensuring world-class healthcare for every child.
For those unable to attend Sunshine’s Santa Skis for Charity on Christmas Day, donations can be made directly online to The Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation.
